My partner and I recently stayed at Summer Time Hiriketiya for three nights and had an amazing time. The rooms and house exceeded our expectations, being even better than the pictures. Everything was spotless and the rooms had a modern touch. The family who runs the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They accommodated my gluten intolerance by making special breakfast options for me. The breakfast, although simple, was fully satisfying with fresh fruit and large portions. Thanuja, the host, was extremely helpful in organizing transportation and other activities. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. it was one of the best stays we had in Sri Lanka.

The room was absolutely beautiful with a tile floor and a cozy seating area. It made us feel right at home, especially with the private entrance. We loved the balcony that offered a stunning garden view. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee. The room had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the hot weather. We slept like babies! The soundproofing was a great feature, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. Having a kitchen area and dining area in the room was so convenient. We could enjoy meals in the comfort of our own space.

Personally, we found the bidet in the bathroom unnecessary, but we understand that some guests might appreciate it.

The hotel is ideally situated very close to the beach, making it convenient for guests to access the beautiful shores of Hiriketiya. Guests also appreciate the proximity to a variety of restaurants, providing easy dining options. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Staff always knows everything at reception. Location is not bad, with some interesting things nearby. Breakfast was somewhat edible.

My transfer to the next step of my journey was a hilarious circus act, complete with unexpected passengers. Oh, and the check-in was an exercise in patience.

Beautiful gardens and peaceful location away from noise. Short walk to nearby beaches and a variety of cafes and restaurants. Helpful staff in organizing transportation and suggesting activities.

The hotel is perfectly located just a short 3-minute walk from Blue Beach Paradise. There are also a cozy seafood restaurant and convenient shops nearby. The Roti Hut is a great place for delicious local pancakes. If you sit on the terrace in the late afternoon, you can enjoy the jungle wildlife around you. The rooms are modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. The host is helpful and kind, assisting with laundry, scooter hire, and transportation. The Sri Lankan breakfast served every morning is amazing.
